At any point of time we all have one common desire.The desire to Grow.
Grow to become a better child ,a better spouse ,a better sibling and finally a better person.A person who excels in what they do ,have a profile that inspires others, heard by all and looked upon by major.
But the question is how we achieve it ? Though the desire is common every individual is different.What we aspire to become is different,our relationships are different and finally how we deal with all is different.

So this is the very first step.We need to discover our self.Need to know what exactly we want to do and where exactly we see our self.There begins the journey to the “Ideal Me” from the “Real Me”.
Here’s a simple exercise to know our self.
Lets draw a simple Mind-map of “Ideal ME”.This can be anything as simple as “going to gym regularly” to as big as ” become CEO of a company”.Post your desires in comment and we together will begin the journey to “Ideal Me”.
